Exchange policy

Please note: A continuous, uncut 360-degree parcel-opening video is mandatory for an exchange request.
  1. Products delivered with a manufacturing defect may be exchanged when Jaipuri Kaaynaat is informed within 24 hours of delivery. The parcel-opening video must clearly capture the defect.
  2. We do not facilitate pickups for exchanges or returns. The customer must ship the parcel back and inform us once it has been dispatched.
  3. Damage does not include concerns related to the product's style, design, personal preference or print.
  4. The product must be unused and unwashed, with its original packaging and labels. Used, washed or customer-damaged products are not eligible.
  5. Products altered in any form are not eligible for exchange.
  6. Customised orders are not eligible for exchange.
  7. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
  8. Products purchased during a sale period or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange.
